SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR FREE SYNOPSIS CRITIQUE AND EVALUATION
(please read carefully)Submit, by snail-mail only, up to a five page synopsis of your book including plot and theme. Submit a postage paid return envelope with your return address. If all submission requirements are not included, your free evaluation will not be considered. If you submit more information than requested, the additional information will not be read. You will receive back a short critique of your synopsis based on evaluation of publisher and reader interest and content recommendation(s).
OPTIONAL PARTIAL MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Submission Requirement: Send first chapter, to 30 pages, in standard manuscript format, and up to a five page book synopsis with a check or MO for $75.00 (add $2.50 pg. for extra pages) payable to Bernard Nelson, 309A. National Bank Bldg., 525 S. Main, Del Rio, TX 78840.
Please do not Email your manuscript. You will receive a critique and margin notes on first chapter with the focus on your first paragraph, publisher acceptance, and reader interest. This service does not include improper sentence structure or spell check. If you submit a check, your evualation will begin in three weeks from receipt.
COMPLETE MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
You will receive a longer critique focusing on polishing for commercial publisher acceptance and reader interest. Strong and weak points will be noted with regard to style, tone, storyline, and content with suggestions including manuscript margin notes and comments.
You will receive your critique and evaluation in about 45 days.
Submission Requirement: Send full manuscript, in standard manuscript format, and up to a twelve page book synopsis.
Manuscripts to 230 pages is $1.90 per page with a miniumun charge of $250.00. Manuscripts over 230
